Sprint Course Details - Dodge City X

The Frontrunners Fit Chiropractic Dodge City X Sprint Course is a “lite” version of our Standard Course, but that doesn’t mean you should take it lightly.

It features a 750 m swim through those same glacier-fed waters of Comox Lake, an approximately 12k mountain bike through Cumberland’s legendary trail network and a climby 5k trail run through the forests and hills overlooking Dodge City itself.

Don’t worry – the Frontrunners Fit Chiropractic Dodge City X Sprint Course still features plenty of grunty climbs and technical terrain to put your endurance to the test!

The race starts on the beach at Comox Lake and finishes in Village Park, in the heart of Cumberland.

Sprint Course Stats:

  • Dynamic Spine, Sport & Wellness Swim Course: 750 metres
  • Dodge City Cycles Bike Course: approx. 12k
  • Thomas Dargie Run Course: approx. 5k
  • BodyNetix Transition Areas: 2

Dynamic Spine, Sport & Wellness Swim Course

The Dynamic Spine, Sport & Wellness Swim Course features a wet start beyond the booms and a return to shore through the “jellybean exit.” Sprint participants do one short clockwise lap (750 m total).

Dodge City Cycles Bike Course (Sprint)

Although we expect this year’s route to be largely the same as last year’s, there will be at least one significant change due to damage to trail infrastructure sustained during a winter storm. The final route will be announced once we’ve confirmed it.

Thomas Dargie Run Course (Sprint)

Route will be announced as soon as it has been confirmed.

Please note: that all Sprint Course participants must be at least 16 years old or turning 16 before December 31.
