Relay Course Details - Dodge City X
Want to do Frontrunners Fit Chiropractic Dodge City X but rather not have to swim, bike AND run? Enter your team of two or three in the Frontrunners Fit Chiropractic Dodge City X relay.
Relay teams will tackle the same Standard Course as individual athletes: a 1,500m swim through the glacier-fed waters of Comox Lake, an approximately 23k mountain bike through Cumberland’s legendary trail network and a roughly 9.5k trail run through the forests and hills overlooking Dodge City itself.
The race starts on the beach at Comox Lake and finishes in Village Park, in the heart of Cumberland.
How you divide up your team is entirely up to you – get a friend to brave Comox Lake while you bike and run, split it up three ways or do the swim and run while your partner in punishment tackles the mountain bike.
Relay Course Stats:
- Comox Physiotherapy Clinic Swim Course: 1,500 metres
- Dodge City Cycles Bike Course: approx. 23k
- Thomas Dargie Run Course: approx. 9.5k
- BodyNetix Transition Areas: 2
Looking for maps or other details? Relay participants will use the same swim, bike and run courses as our Standard Event.
Please note that Relay participants must be at least 18 years old or turning 18 before December 31. Athletes who will be 16 by the end of the year can race our Sprint Course in its entirety. Have a 16- or 17-year-old who wants to do the swim portion of the relay? Please contact us.
Note: To register, you will need a team name plus the following information for each team member: name, date of birth, t-shirt size, emergency contact (name and phone number), and any information for the race announcer.

Please Note: Frontrunners Fit Chiropractic Dodge City X features a technical mountain bike course that’s not ideal for beginner mountain bikers.
